Runyon Products is a progressive-minded, 21st century company whose employees are dedicated to producing high quality mouthpieces and accessories for musicians and for the music business in general. The business was founded by Santy Runyon in 1941, and since then, Runyon Products' corporate philosophy remains unchanged: Produce quality products, meeting superior specifications and backed by a dependable team of technical professionals.

With production facilities in Opelousas, Louisiana, Runyon Products uses computerized lathes, milling machines, and injection-molding machines to fill large orders from around the world. The key to the success at Runyon Products has been the commitment to excellence through the use of highly trained personnel to operate state-of-the-art machinery using the latest in quality control techniques.

Runyon has recently begun increasing it's capacity for plastics production by adding new equipment. Runyon currently has 4 injection molding machines. 180 ton and 140 ton Kawaguchi injection molding machines, a 40 ton JSW and a Boy 15 ton injection molding machine. They are equipped with hydraulic core-pull and air core-pull capabilities. In addition, they also have hopper-dryer loading systems and thermolators. This allows for faster production times. Mouthpieces are currently being produced with dual-cavity molds in under 1 minute. Runyon's material-mixing capabilities are used to produce the custom alloys that Runyon uses in many of their mouthpieces. Mold maintenance and custom mold design takes place on site in Runyon's machine shop. This gives Runyon added flexibility in working with their molds or in working on customer molds. A process engineer is on site at all times.

Using computerized lathes, milling machines, and state-of-the-art injection-molding machines, along with a one-of-a kind facing machine, Runyon produces mouthpieces with consistency beyond compare. We take great pride in our ability to fill large orders of several thousand mouthpieces in record-setting time, providing optimum service to our customers. The bottom line?
